Is this CISM training?
This training is not CISM, PFA or crisis intervention. Instead of focusing on a specific response following a critical incident, we teach peers to provide care and offer hope to colleagues struggling with stress and dealing with daily difficulties.
We believe the goal of the peer is to help a hurting coworker hurt less and feel better. Peers do this by helping to lower stress, increase clarity and promote healthier decision-making.
