Death notifications can be one of the most emotionally charged times in the life of an individual and family. This 4-hour workshop offers protocols and practice for delivering a proper death notification (or notification of serious injury). This workshop also shares quick tips for providing stabilizing support for those in crisis.

Meet your Instructor:
CSS Partner, CoFounder and CFO, Joey Fennell, has been a Chaplain for EMS and Sheriff’s Office for over 15 years. Joey has served as instructor and Senior Chaplain with the Georgia Sheriffs’ Association (GSA).
Joey has written and delivered such training programs as: “Liability and Confidentiality”, “Line of Duty Death/Funeral Protocol”, “Breaking Down Barriers” and “Post Shooting Syndrome”.
Joey is currently in private practice at Fresh Start Counseling Services in Statesboro, GA. He has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2007.
