Requirements: Training site provided by the organization and minimum number of students.
To request quote, include training location and potential number of students. Quote will include $2190.00 / per person PLUS travel costs for two instructors. Rates vary based on training locale.

Delivering Training
Next steps for Approved Instructors
Approved Instructors are responsible for -
* Registering each class with CSS – $250.00 / per class
* Securing training space (with computer, projector, screen and speakers) and other student resources
* Registering students with CSS – $45.00 licensing use-of-material fee / per student – 12 student minimum
* Providing CSS an End of Class Report (EOCR) within 14 days of close of class
* Reflecting CSS core values and ethical practice (that include, but are not limited to: compassion, humility, dependability, respect, dedication, etc.)
CSS is responsible for -
* Providing “coaching” / consultation to ensure quality control / quality assurance
* Assisting instructors / coordinators with program development that includes, but not limited to: building a customized webpage, offering continuing education, etc.
* Providing use of licensed materials (both in-class and online)
* Providing guidance on monatizing training courses
NOTE: CSS reserves the right to revoke approved instructor status based on violations and/or egregious actions that include, but not limited to: violation of an ethical practice, disregarding core values, inappropriate behaviors (such as physical aggression or sexual advances), poor class evaluations, failure to register a class, failure to provide EOCR following a class, etc.
Supplement your income -
Once approved, instructors may charge a training fee.
The average rate for new instructors is around $250.00 / per person.
When setting training fee, consider instructor travel, class registration, licensing fees and other expenses.
NOTE: the approved instructor is responsible for reporting taxable income.
CSS training difference
Instruct with Integrity
Delivering support training is more than flipping through slides. We’ll teach you the mechanics of structuring, organizing and preparing a course, as well as providing continuing education opportunities for ongoing development.
Learn Prep for each Class
We’ll teach you how to organize and prepare for each class by registering students, organizing materials, developing scenario packets, classroom set-up, setting the tone, building rapport, setting the expectation and more
Learn Course Delivery
We’ll teach you how to deliver dynamic teaching points, demonstrate each learning objective, critique role play labs, analyze student feedback and more.
Learn to Close Class + Cont. Ed.
We’ll teach you how to close-out each class that includes: analysis of pre/post-test results and student critiques, drafting and delivering final report and more. CSS also shares plans for “next steps”, scenario role-play, table-top exercises and quarterly reviews.
